The following items are not optional. They are the minimum confirmations that must be collected before a teacher profile is published and lessons are opened. If answers are missing or evidence does not match, that teacher's profile, settlement, or lesson opening should be paused.

8.4 Pre-Launch Conclusion

There are required items to confirm with Philippine teachers. However, sensitive settlement information such as amount, bank account, currency, and fee details is known and managed separately by the operator, and should not be included in this questionnaire. At minimum, collect answers to the questionnaire above and verify independent teacher/B2B contract status, tax-accountant review premise, lesson ownership, course limits, absence/outage response, and privacy/AI boundaries before publishing a teacher profile or opening lessons on the web service.
